1ST Time....

My very 1st time doing dumpling... Below are the ingredients... and my very 1st dumpling that i did that is so so so ugly... and i guess the hardest part is closing it and twisting the end and also tying it to the original "string" which looks lyk a soft branch..
Got so fed up in using the "string" i used rafia string.. he he... dint take the picture of all the dumpling i did... he he...


The leaf to b used to wrap the dumpling...


The white part of the egg is thrown away, cz it looks disgusting even if u wanna cook it 4 porridge...Salted egg york.. HATE this... and d part where grandma cut it into 4 parts and the dalam yang belum masak jus "pit" and break and bcomes watery cz the egg is not "marinated" (duno wats d word) long enough...
Nasi pulut after cooking wif sum black sauce...

This Red bean rice... mushroom and soya beans...The pork... can put chicken oso, but it wun taste nice lyk the pork... Salty2 gravy...
U see my very 1st 1??? ugly rite??? cz i took 1 more leave and jus wrap it around the 1 that i already did, cz it was "opening".. and i made sure the pork that i choose 4 my dumplings are the ones without fats... cz i hate that part .... hehe....

P/S : Dumpling all finish d... cz the dumpling was done on the 26th of MAY 2009
